New advanced products with Proteins and Collagen

These new, enhanced products include increased protein content, reduced sugar levels, and added scientifically proven health functionalities.

At Fi Europe 2024, GELITA will demonstrate how its gelatin and collagen peptide solutions can elevate products such as bars, gummies, supplements, and more. Among the innovative concepts they will be showcasing on the stand in November are a 60% protein bar made with OPTIBAR®, fiber-rich gummies formulated with SOLUFORM®, and beauty gummies with VERISOL® HST and CONFIXX®.
